I think it had a lot to do with my heart, as cheesy as that sounds. I knew in my heart that I wouldn’t be able to bear spending four years in college learning something I wasn’t passionately interested in. Even if it did provide me financial stability and job security after graduation.
And having parents and a big bro and friends who had my back in my decision to study film was a huge bonus and so was meeting other film friends who were as passionate (maybe even more so) than I was. Thanks for the question!
